I love Diet for Life - products and their staff. I started seriously dieting and exercising around mid-August, 2009. I LOVE and use several of D4L products including:
Nutty Caramel protein bar - honestly the best protein bar that I have ever had. They taste like a Snicker's to me and satisfy my sweet tooth. I have one every day.
Diet for Life Lemon fruit drink - love the taste of these - and I generally have 3-4 each day to get in lots of protein.
ProtiDiet Chocolate pudding - very creamy, almost a mousse-like texture. Again satisfies my sweet tooth in the evening and I feel like I get dessert and am not missing out.
In addition, I take the Enhanced Fat Burner and CortiTrim for supplements.
In 5 months with taking these products, dieting and exercising, I have lost 55 pounds. I am on my way to my goal - still have 20 more to go, but I will get there. The best part is that I honestly do not feel deprived. I made it through the holidays without a single Christmas goodie............these products really do work and really do minimize cravings.
The staff is very supportive in answering questions and taking & giving suggestions. They ship same day - which is much appreciated.

"I am so excited to find your company, I lost 60 lbs over 2 years with Diet For Life shakes and bars, they helped me not to feel starved. I was able to eat healthy meals and portions instead of craving junk food.
I feel so healthy today and have ran 2 half marathons since the weight loss. I feel like I have been given a new life. "

This is the best customer service I have ever received online. I know it is hard to maintain a customer relationship with an online business, but this customer has noticed a difference and I appreciate it.
